Photos and More Photos

We will take lots of photographs of your property. Exterior shots, interior shots. Street scenes. We want plenty of photographs to upload to the MLS. A large collection of good quality photos makes the MLS listing more attractive and appealing to buyers and agents browsing the MLS database. And we need photos to use for internet classified websites, flyers, postcards and print ads.

We will sometimes shoot photos of your property over the course of several different days, to capture different angles and different lighting at different times of day.

Professional photography is always an option, but several of our staff members are talented amateur photographers, with strong backgrounds in digital photography, and digital photo editing.

And we find, the more time we spent taking photos of your property, the better we come to know it and appreciate its features.
