Then, through the data sharing functions that are now a standard part of all multiple listing systems, as soon as your listing is entered in our local Multiple Listing Service, it is broadcast to multiple MLSs throughout the state, as well as third party data aggregator websites such as:

We our next step is posting on community blogs and websites, and building a custom web site created exclusively for your property.
We then create, publish and frequently republish a series of ads featuring your home to Craigslist. Please note we conform to all Craigslist requirements (Craigslist Terms of Use state that users may post to only one category and in only one city, no more than once every 48 hours) However, we do post frequently using different and widely varied ads, and your property will benefit from frequent exposure.
We post to several Facebook community and real estate groups, in addition to placing targeted Facebook sponsored posts. We create a Facebook photo album, and frequently re-share it.
We post frequently to Instagram, one photo at a time, with a description unique to that photo's subject.
We post new listings and open houses on NextDoor, in their appropriate neighborhood group.
We strive to make your home highly visible to any buyer, no matter what search path that buyer follows.
