Price: If a home is not correctly priced to the current, local real estate market, buyers will simply pass it by; agents will not show it. If a home does not get shown, it won’t sell.
Some sellers respond that the “buyer can make an offer”, and yes, that is true. But in reality, before driving around to view homes, buyers and their agents are reviewing lists of many, many different available properties, and choosing a few to view on any particular day. A home that is properly priced for the current real estate market has a better chance of being selected for a viewing appointment list.
Preparation: Homebuyers are looking for the best possible value for their money. A home that is dirty, cluttered, or in poor repair will sell at a discounted price. A home that is clean and well-maintained will make a favorable impression on a prospective buyer, and sell at a better price.
Presentation: When your home is priced right, and thoroughly prepared, it is time to present it to the market. We will present your property to all possible prospective buyers, via the Multiple Listing Service, social media, internet marketing, custom web sites, flyers, mailouts, and signage.
