We know Los Angeles Rent Control.  We are familiar with buying and selling, owning and managing multi-unit properties that are subject to the City of Los Angeles Rent Stabilization Ordinance.

We know SCEP (Systematic Code Enforcement Program) inspections. If you are selling a multi-unit property in the City of Los Angeles, we will urge you to provide the prospective buyer with a copy of your most recent SCEP inspection as part of your disclosure.

We are experienced in handling tenant occupied properties; we are skilled at negotiating with tenants to reach an agreement allowing the property to be shown to prospective buyers, while still respecting the tenant’s right to privacy.

We know the requirements of Tenant Relocation Assistance, and we will assure that this provision of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance is adequately disclosed to a prospective buyer.
